Lifelong Suisun City resident, Political Scientist & Community Organizer. I'm running to protect my hometown, Suisun City, from a billionaire tech oligarchy dismantling our democracy and our most vulnerable lands. My campaign is where hope, revitalization and where human purpose meets freedom. As your Mayor, I'll protect the freedom that lets our families, farmers, workers and entrepreneurs build the thriving city we deserve.
Local growth
True prosperity comes from trusting our people's unique knowledge, purposeful actions, and voluntary cooperation-- not centralized plans. As Mayor, I'll slash unnecessary barriers and red tape to accelerate building, renovation and market growth within our city limits; focus government on safety, infrastructure and fair rules that let families, entrepreneurs and workers build a vibrant, self-reliant Suisun from within.
Empowering the people
I will put residents first by immediately ending the reimbursement deal with California Forever and enacting strong right-to-vote measures-- like requiring majority approval by the voters for any project over 40 acres. This ensures our community decides on growth, safeguards our agriculture, open spaces, water and traffic from distant oligarch schemes and restores true local control so Suisun thrives on our own terms. This places you, the people, at the table so a private developer and 5 people aren't all who decide on the future for thousands.
agricultural heritage
Solano County's rich farming legacy, where the central valley meets the Bay-- award-winning grapes, orchards of fresh fruit and nuts, vegetables and grazing lands-- anchors our economy, open spaces and way of life. As Mayor, I will facilitate our full agricultural value right here in Suisun by streamlining on-site processing (wineries, wheat mills, almond and value-added facilities), building a strong market and agri-tourism tied to our waterfront and partnering with growers on co-ops and infrastructure. This people-driven approach -- grounded in our people's knowledge and freedom -- could add tens of millions annually through higher-value products, jobs, tourism and retained wealth. Practical support that keeps prosperity rooted in our soil and circulating in our city.
The children are the future
In prior generations, neighborhoods once thrived with business at every corner; mom and pop grocery stores, barbershops, repair shops and small services woven into every block-- walkable places that created everyday vitality and first jobs for young people. These businesses arose arose naturally when residents could act on what their neighbors needed. As Mayor, I will slash restrictive zoning rules, excessive permitting delays and fees that have pushed human-scale enterprises away. By freeing them, we will spark a revival of block-by-block commerce, restoring and generating hundreds of entry-level opportunities for our young to start their lives.
The next generation
Many jobs now are spread far. Our younger generation should never have to leave Suisun to find meaningful work or a future worth building. When neighborhood small businesses flourish again, they become the perfect training ground for apprenticeships, first jobs in retail and trades, and real pathways to wealth and eventual ownership. As Mayor, I will clear every unnecessary regulatory obstacle so local shop owners can hire and mentor our youth, while maintaining the fiscal discipline that keeps taxes low and opportunity high. This is government doing its proper job: protecting the framework of freedom so purposeful action can thrive. The result? A city where our sons and daughters can find jobs because Suisun will finally offer the abundant local prosperity they deserve.
Suisun's historic waterfront and downtown hold untapped potential to become a true destination-- vibrant, walkable and alive with culture, much akin to our wine-oriented neighbors and their transformation into a thriving gathering place of events, recreation and prosperity. As mayor, I will prioritize resident-driven revitalization by clearing unnecessary zoning and permitting hurdles that stifle infill on open lots: creating inviting event greens for festivals, comedy nights, live theater and cultural performances; developing new parks and public spaces of public design, enhancing experience. The renaissance of economic vitality awaits!

A great mayor understands that government's core duty is to maintain the essential framework --safe roads, functional water and sewer systems, resilient stormwater management-- so that free individuals and families can pursue their aspirations without constant disruption. Suisun's streets are currently rated at "at risk" and again utilities demand proactive care. As Mayor, I will prioritize zero-based budgeting, transparent capital planning and targeted investments in road resurfacing, sewer rehabilitation, and storm drain improvements --funded responsibly without tax hikes or debt-fueled schemes. By focusing strictly on these foundational services and slashing waste, we create the stable conditions where voluntary cooperation thrives, businesses invest confidently and our community builds lasting prosperity from within.

What makes a Mayor truly great is not grand decrees or top-down control, but humble service: listening deeply to residents' dispersed knowledge, making tough but principled decisions and empowering people to shape their own future through freedom and exchange. As Mayor, I will govern with integrity, transparency and accountability-- regular town halls for real input, no favoritism or hidden agendas and unwavering focus on long-term stewardship of our resources, heritage and quality of life.
